Pages aren’t loading correctly
“Some of the pages don’t appear correctly, for example ‘Page cannot be displayed’.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this”
Answer:
You might have to clear your cache in Internet Explorer. Cache/temporary web pages are
stored in your PC. These are used to load web pages instead, as it is quicker.
In Internet explorer please go to: 'Tools', 'Internet Options'
1) Click on 'Clear History' and press ‘Yes’, and click on 'Delete Cookies'
2) Click on 'Delete Files' and tick 'Delete Temporary Internet Files’, then click ‘OK’
3) Click ‘Apply’ then ‘OK’
4) Please exit all Internet Explorer windows.
Go to: www.reachinternet.co.uk and try again. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to
contact us on 0870 479 0750, or email us on: admin@reachinternet.co.uk

What exactly is a Skill Assessment?
Answer:
Each html course includes a 30 question Skill Assessment, which evaluates your knowledge of
the course material. The Skill Assessment, accessed through the Tools button in the course, may
be taken prior to, during, or taking the actual course. Scores are tracked by unit and include
initial, current, and best scores. Scores are available to the student immediately. Based on the
scores received, students can skip topics in which they demonstrate proficiency, thus reducing
training time. (Please note: Skill Assessment isn’t available on ECDL courses)

in your course and selecting either ‘Skill Assessment’ or ‘View my Scores’ (Please note: View my

subject mastery. All Reach Internet courses also have Skill Assessment modules (Except ECDL

Upon mastering a Reach Internet course, you will have the option to print a completion certificate.

‘Landscape’, then click ‘OK’).
The certificate, available in two styles, includes your name and the course you have mastered
